You’ll be working for an established social housing contractor in the Peterborough area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Carpenter Multi Trade.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade you will be:
- Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs
- Completing 2nd fix carpentry
- Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Completing work to a high standard
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- A recognised carpentry trade qualification
- Previous social housing experience
- Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner
- Multi-trade repair experience
- A full UK driving licence
The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits:
- £37,500 per year
- Company van and fuel card
- 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Overtime opportunities
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
- Permanent, secure employment
- Consistent workload within your dedicated area
Location & travel
This Carpenter Multi Trade role covers Peterborough, working across occupied homes and void properties. A company van and fuel card are provided for work travel.
