The Role

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Contract Administration on refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects.
• Building surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and asset management advice.
• Preparation of specifications, tender documentation and project reports.
• Project management from inception through to completion.
• Client relationship management and attendance at project meetings.
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors as your career progresses.

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status.
• Experience within a consultancy environment.
• A broad knowledge of professional and project building surveying services.
• Strong technical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• A proactive approach with ambitions to progress into senior leadership.
