Chef De Partie

Blue Arrow is looking for talented and reliable Chefs to join our established team, working across Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and enjoy the flexibility of temporary work, we'd love to hear from you.

As this position involves a variety of temporary assignments, you must be flexible regarding travel and start times. Opportunities are available across a range of settings, including:

• Contract catering units
• Hotels
• Large-volume canteens
• Corporate and hospitality venues
• Care Homes
• Schools and Universities

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in busy catering environments and be confident in:

• Preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals
• Working effectively within both large and small kitchen teams
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Fully adhering to allergen and dietary requirements
• Managing workloads in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Having a PVG would be beneficial as some of our sites require it.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport would be highly advantageous due to the variety of assignments available.
