The role

We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will prep your section for service and ensure everything is ready for service + cook in service. This chef de partie role will include all the standard chef de partie duties

For the junior sous chef we are looking for a junior sous chef with a fresh food background who can run a core section but also help the head chef and sous chef. This junior sous chef includes all the standard junior sous chef duties.
