You'll take ownership of your section and help deliver a consistently excellent food offering. This will involve:

• Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard throughout service.

• Organising your section to ensure everything is ready for smooth and efficient service.

• Ensuring food safety procedures, hygiene standards and cleanliness are always maintained.

• Helping manage stock levels, rotate ingredients and reduce unnecessary waste.

You'll ideally be a confident and enthusiastic chef who enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in producing quality dishes.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a capable Demi Chef de Partie looking for progression.

• A positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Someone who works well within a team, communicates effectively and stays calm during busy services.
