👨🍳 The Role
- Prepare and cook high-quality fresh dishes to a consistent standard
- Run your own section during service
- Support senior chefs with kitchen operations
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with prep and contribute ideas where appropriate
🔥 About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Passion for fresh food and seasonality
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP
