Key Responsibilities:
As Chef Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant, including:
- Leading and managing a small team of one Chef and two General Assistants
- Overseeing breakfast and lunch service, catering for approximately 20 breakfast and 100 lunch covers daily
- Managing food ordering, stock control and financial performance
- Creating staff rotas and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
- Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining high service standards
What we're looking for:
We're keen to hear from candidates who enjoy leading a team and taking ownership of a catering operation.
- Previous experience in a Chef Manager or Catering Manager position
- Contract catering experience preferred
- Strong organisational and financial management skills
- Confident leading, motivating and developing a small team
- A passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service
