Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Board, providing financial leadership, commercial insight and governance across a dynamic, project-led organisation. This appointment will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, supporting sustainable growth and driving operational and financial performance.

We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader with significant senior-level experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or construction or a comparable project-based environment. The successful individual will possess exceptional strategic capability, strong leadership credentials/highly skilled in team management and the ability to influence at Board level while maintaining a hands-on understanding of operational delivery.
