As the business continues to evolve and grow, they are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership while leading and developing an established Executive Assistant team.
Description
- Acting as the primary strategic support partner to the CEO.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of strategic initiatives across teams.
- Managing complex priorities, governance activities, executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinating board, executive and leadership meetings, ensuring leaders are fully briefed and prepared.
- Producing high-quality presentations, reports and executive documentation.
- Managing domestic and international travel, events and key business initiatives.
- Supporting the CEO with the delivery and tracking of strategic priorities and organisational objectives.
- Building trusted relationships with Executive Committee, Board members and senior stakeholders.
- Leading, coaching and developing an Executive Assistant team, driving engagement, performance and capability.
- Managing workload allocation, development planning and performance management across the team.
- Establishing consistent ways of working, driving continuous improvement and promoting best practice.
- Acting as the escalation point for the Executive Assistant community.
- Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives that support wider business goals.
- Managing highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
Profile
A successful Chief of Staff should have:
- Extensive experience supporting CEOs, C-suite executives, Executive Committees or Boards.
- Demonstrable direct line management experience, including coaching, development, performance management and workload planning.
- Experience leading Executive Assistant or business support teams.
- Proactive and forward-thinking.
- Calm, resilient and solutions-focused.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Job Offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
