Children's Homes Team Leader
Location: Burford & Botley, Oxfordshire
Salary: £43,180 – £50,444 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential childcare services.
We currently have Team Leader opportunities available across our Oxfordshire homes in Burford and Botley. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) within a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
You will play a vital role in helping young people rebuild confidence, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the children's home
- Lead, motivate and support Residential Support Workers
- Build strong, positive relationships with young people
- Promote safeguarding, structure and consistency
- Support care planning and behaviour management
- Deputise for the Deputy and Registered Manager when required
- Contribute to a positive and stable team culture
What We OfferSalary & Earnings
- Base salary: £35,400 – £42,664
- Up to 3 sleep-ins per month (£80 per sleep, approx. £2,880 per year)
- Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year
- Regional allowance: £2,000 per year
- Responsibility allowance: £1,500 per year
- £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)
- £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)

Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Minimum experience in residential childcare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Resilient, empathetic and motivated approach
