Location: Morecambe, Lancashire
Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 per annum

• Previous experience managing a children's residential home.
• Strong understanding of children's residential care legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading and developing staff teams.
• Demonstrable commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential home.
• Ensure the home delivers high-quality care and support to children and young people.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, develop and support a high-performing staff team.
• Promote positive outcomes and individualised care plans for children and young people.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external professionals, families and stakeholders.
• Ensure safeguarding practices are embedded throughout the service.
• Monitor the home's performance and drive continuous improvement.
