Children's Residential Care Registered Manager Ofsted

Apricus Resourcing are currently working with a Children's Residential Care Service with site based in TD15 Post Code Area of Berwick Upon Tweed Northumberland recruiting for a Registered Manager. 

Due to the need to travel between sites a full driving licence is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed. Please only apply if you have this.

Registered Manager - (Full Time Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service, including occasional evenings, on-call duties, and weekends.)

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the children's home in line with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and Ofsted registration and inspection requirements.

You will lead, inspire, and develop a staff team to deliver consistently high-quality, child-centred care, ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people. This is a pivotal role in a newly opened home and offers the opportunity to shape culture, practice, and standards from the outset, with support from an experienced senior leadership team.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), or equivalent is needed in addition to minimum 2 years relevant experience. 

This is being recruited for on a permanent basis with salary £50,000 - £65,000 determined by interview score, plus Performance Related Pay of up to £6,000 per annum
