Are you an experienced civils professional with a passion for leading teams, driving high standards, and delivering essential infrastructure projects safely and efficiently? We're looking for a proactive and organised Civils Supervisor to oversee Clean Rivers and Seas (CRaS) projects, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Vacancy Introduction
As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civils works across bathing water and river separation sites within the Clean Rivers and Seas programme. You will supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders, you will monitor progress, maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements, and provide clear leadership on site. The role also involves planning and coordinating activities, managing site documentation and reporting, resolving operational challenges, and supporting the development of team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England. We play a key role in protecting the environment and supporting local communities through the delivery of innovative wastewater and environmental improvement programmes. What We're Looking For
- Experience in a civils, utilities, construction, or infrastructure supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple work activities.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation, site compliance, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Temporary Works Supervisor, NRSWA, Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness qualifications.
