Civils Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Highway Operative Supervisor. The chosen candidates key responsibilities will consist of:

* Lead and supervise a small team (up to 6 operatives)
* Deliver high-quality civils work (kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
* Plan and coordinate plant, materials, and daily site activities
* Conduct briefings and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe working practices
* Read and interpret utility drawings and plans

Essential:

* CSCS Card, NRSWA Operative
* Full UK Driving Licence (LGV desirable)
* Ability to securely park a 3.5t vehicle
