Class 1 Tanker Driver

We are currently looking for an HGV Tanker Driver to join our client’s team based in Dartford.

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk and packed cement/building materials between sites and to customers, along with basic vehicle maintenance and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and delivering bulk and packed materials
• Completing first-line vehicle maintenance
• Following all health, safety and transport regulations
• Using fixed access steps during loading
• Liaising with the transport office and customers

Requirements

• HGV Class 1 licence
• Valid Digital Tacho Card
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Bulk tanker experience – desirable
• Previous construction/haulage experience – preferred

Full training will be provided, and previous cement or building materials experience is not essential.
