Class 2 Driver in Yeovil, Somerset

Gi Group are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers for a fantastic permanent role, working for one of the UKs most trusted, professional laundry suppliers.

Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

Location: Yeovil

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off | Start times: 0400-0700

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: £17.22 per hour
• Bonus: £3,000 annual bonus available based on performance
• Other: Access to benefits including discounts from major retailers and brands

Key Duties

• Safe and timely deliveries/collections
• Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Compliance with tachograph and WTD rules
• Use of POD and accurate documentation
• Load/unload: Tail lift

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Driving licence
• Valid CPC + Digital Tachograph Card
• 6 months experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, safety-first attitude
