Class 2 Driver in Reading

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Night Drivers to join our client’s busy transport operation.

We are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 Drivers who are available for night work. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with competitive rates of pay.

• Driving HGV Class 2 (Cat C) vehicles

• Completing local and regional deliveries

• Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after shifts

• Ensuring goods are transported and delivered safely

• Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation

• Following planned delivery routes and schedules

• Providing professional customer service

• Adhering to all company, road safety and transport regulations

• Some loading, unloading and manual handling may be required

• £16.00–£18.00 per hour

• Night shifts

• Ongoing work available

• Regular shifts

• Flexible opportunities depending on availability

• Full UK HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred

• Comfortable working night shifts

• Good knowledge of UK roads

• Reliable and professional approach to work

• Good communication and customer service skills

• No more than the permitted licence points, subject to insurance requirements

• Competitive pay of £16.00–£18.00 per hour

• Regular night work
