Our client is seeking a Cleaner to join their dedicated team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across various properties. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute positively to the lives of Service Users while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all identified cleans to a compliant standard within the specified timescale.
- Report all completed cleans to your Line Manager and update the AORA system accordingly.
- Maintain the safety of all Service Users while cleaning.
- Utilise cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with provided guidelines.
- Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during cleaning duties.
- Notify the Maintenance Administration Department of any safety-related defects found during cleaning.
- Review relevant property reports prior to commencing work (e.g., asbestos, dangerous persons).
- Clean carpets using the appropriate equipment and PPE as required.
- Collaborate with other geographical areas, fostering a 'one team' approach.
- Complete mandatory training to fulfil role responsibilities.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK.
- DBS Clearance and Security Clearance at CTC level (Counter Terrorism Check) are mandatory.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in cleaning households or large accommodations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
- Strong time management skills.
