Cleaning Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a fantastic team based at a prestigious static site in Liverpool City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in commercial cleaning, facilities management or soft services who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and taking pride in delivering high standards. You'll be joining an established and supportive team with a brilliant company culture and plenty of opportunities to get involved in life on and off site. With it being a public building there will be a requirement to work occasional weekends but this is rota'd fairly and working hours are flexible

• Supervising the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across the site

• Leading, supporting and motivating the on-site cleaning team

• Remaining hands-on and supporting with cleaning duties where required

• Carrying out regular quality checks, audits and inspections

• Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Managing rotas, holidays, staffing levels and day-to-day operational requirements

• Supporting with recruitment, training and development of team members

• Building strong relationships with colleagues and site stakeholders

• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures and company policies are followed

• Helping to create a positive, enjoyable and supportive team environment

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader or similar within a commercial environment

• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team when required

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience managing cleaning teams and maintaining high service standards

• Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of a busy site

• A positive personality with the ability to build strong relationships

• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a great working culture

• Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning procedures
