We are seeking a Clerk to support a major organisation in the oil and gas industry on a contract basis in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong clerical and administrative skills to contribute to a professional and busy office setting.

Responsibilities
- Carry out general clerical and administrative duties
- Accurately maintain and organise filing systems
- Prepare and type documents using word processing software
- Ensure records are kept up to date in both paper and electronic formats
- Handle routine data entry tasks and documentation support
- Assist team members with a range of office administration activities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in typing and word processing
- Strong personal computer skills
- Experience in filing and document management
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with additional office software applications
