Clerk Of Works

Clear are currently seeking an experienced MEP Clerk of Works for an immediate start in Brent to work on a 20MW Date Centre Project fit out. 

Responsibilities : 

• Carry out regular MEP site inspections and walkdowns.
• Provide a strong focus on electrical installation and quality.
• Use existing commissioning knowledge to identify potential issues before systems reach the testing stage.
• Ensure M&E works are installed, tested and ready for commissioning.
• Produce inspection reports and provide regular progress updates.
