Salary: £32,500 - £45,000 OTE
Lead a busy client portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and oversee a small team within a fast‑paced practice environment. You’ll manage day‑to‑day client needs, review accounts and tax work, support junior staff, and keep workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of a client portfolio

Daily client communication and service delivery

Attending new client meetings and preparing quotes

Supervising and developing junior team members
-
Allocating workloads and booking in new jobs
-
Ensuring VAT returns and accounts are filed on time
-
Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
-
Monitoring internal SLAs
What You’ll Need
-
AAT / ACCA / ACA (part‑qualified or qualified)
-
Minimum 3 years’ practice experience
-
Strong tax knowledge
-
Confident communicator and client‑facing professional
-
Organised, accurate, and able to work independently
-
Supportive team leader with mentoring experience
-
Solid Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
