We're recruiting a Client Manager / Client Coordinator to join a forward‑thinking, technically savvy, successful and rapidly growing company who are expanding their friendly team this summer due to continued client on-boarding and organic growth.

This is a pivotal role where you'll manage your own portfolio, deliver high‑quality accounting services, and enhance the client experience from start to finish.

They are offering immediate starts, with the flexibility of permanent full‑time or temp‑to‑perm - whichever suits you best.

The Role

  • Manage your own client portfolio - ownership of communication, deadlines, submissions and service delivery
  • Prepare and sign off final accounts
  • Produce corporation tax (CT600) and personal tax returns (SA100)
  • Complete VAT returns
  • Act as first point of contact - answering queries and providing advice
  • Review work of junior team members
  • Lead new client meetings and onboarding
  • Work closely with senior accountants and review teams
  • Monitor job time vs quotations to ensure profitability
  • Proactively manage client relationships and ensure compliance

TaxCalc
BrightPay

Working Hours & Flexibility
37.5 hours per week
Flexible start/finish times between 8:30am and 6pm

In return the company are offering an Annual Salary of £40,000 per annum
