Site Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee the ground slab construction and pile propping works on a residential development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and to programme, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ground slab construction and pile propping operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor progress and keep works on programme.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with the project team, engineers and clients as required.
• Maintain site records and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing groundworks, ground slabs and piling/propping works.
• Tier 1 QA reporting experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead site teams and deliver work safely and efficiently.

This is a temporary role on a residential project with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
