We're looking for an experienced and driven Customer Relationship Manager to lead admissions, sales and marketing within a luxury care home. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with the local community and guiding prospective residents and their families through an exceptional customer journey.
You'll be responsible for increasing occupancy, achieving revenue targets and delivering a seamless admissions experience, while working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive permanent and short-stay admissions to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to admission using the enquiry management system.
- Deliver engaging care home tours and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and local community partners.
- Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives, networking opportunities and events.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and deliver sales and marketing plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting across all sales systems.
- Support and mentor managers and colleagues in enquiry handling and admissions best practice.
- Develop knowledge of care funding, CQC requirements and the local care market to provide informed guidance to prospective residents.
About You
You'll be a confident relationship builder with a proven background in sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- A successful track record in sales or admissions management.
- Experience within the care sector (preferred but not essential).
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy targets.
- Experience in networking, community engagement and event planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- A compassionate, professional approach with a genuine commitment to supporting residents and their families.
