About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our client journey. Your mission? To ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and reassuring-from the very first enquiry to the later stages of the financial planning process. Here's what you can expect:

• Build Trust: Establish meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing guidance every step of the way.
• Deliver Excellence: Coordinate with Financial Advisers and the wider team to ensure a seamless and outstanding client experience.
• Keep Clients Informed: Arrange key meetings and keep clients updated on progress, reflecting our commitment to service and professionalism.

Your Experience:

Previous experience in a client-facing, sales, or account management role is essential. You should have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate confidently via phone and email, coordinate appointments, and deliver exceptional service. Experience in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key will set you up for success.
