We are seeking a highly experienced Client Services Manager to join ISS, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of meetings, events and hospitality services across prestigious locations in Westminster and Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives on creating exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Description
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual with a passion for hospitality, events and service excellence. Working within a premium environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service, operational delivery and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of meetings and events, from initial enquiry and proposal through to execution and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for meeting and event planning, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.
- Lead customer experience and front-of-house service delivery, creating memorable and engaging experiences for visitors and guests.
- Promote services and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, enhance service delivery and support business growth.
- Maintain high standards across hospitality, food and beverage services, ensuring quality, professionalism and consistency.
- Support compliance, health & safety, food safety and operational standards, ensuring the site remains audit-ready.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally while supporting a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong experience within hospitality, events, catering or a client-focused sales environment.
- Strong client relationship management and event coordination experience.
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly customer-focused with a natural ability to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Experience within premium hospitality, corporate environments, facilities management or a five-star hotel setting would be advantageous.
