Clinical Lead Nurse

Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dedicated nurse and care team in the Bridgend area. This is a really lovely opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting and developing a high-performing clinical team. 

Essential:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role within a nursing home setting 
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Has excellent understanding of clinical governance and care regulations
