Nurse Manager
Location: Chelmsford Branch (Essex, Suffolk, London & Cambridgeshire)
Salary: Up tp £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to join a growing care organisation, supporting clients across Essex, Suffolk, London and Cambridgeshire.
This is a varied role for a confident nursing professional who can provide high-quality clinical support, leadership and guidance while working closely with clients, care teams and other healthcare professionals.
The role involves regular travel across the region and requires flexibility, as working hours can change depending on client requirements, training and operational needs. Earlier mornings and later evenings will occasionally be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to clients and care teams.
- Conduct assessments, reviews and care planning.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance are maintained.
- Support and mentor nursing and care staff.
- Deliver training and clinical guidance where required.
- Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Monitor care quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Respond effectively to changing client needs.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experienced in a clinical or community care environment.
- Confident providing clinical leadership and supporting care teams.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Essex, Suffolk, London and Cambridgeshire.
- Flexible and able to adapt working hours around client needs.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
