About the Position:
- 40 hours per week
- Commencing October
- 3 months contract
- £35ph
- Competency in EPS, Medication Reviews, Docman, QOF work and Audits (ESSENTIAL)
- Deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, clinical audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Support service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Fixed term opportunity with potential for extension
