Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 11:00 Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing | Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines or CNC milling machines who is looking for long-term, full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Run Fanuc-controlled CNC machinery or CNC milling machines.
• Load and unload materials and components.
• Monitor machining processes and make basic adjustments where required.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Fanuc CNC machines or CNC milling machines is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
