This role is a day shift working just four days a week, Monday to Thursday (39 hours total), giving you every weekend as a three-day weekend — with optional overtime available on a Friday for those who want it.

The Role

  • Work to production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Support continuous improvement activities on the shop floor

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with strong programming, setting and operating skills
  • Solid experience with Fanuc controls
  • Confident working across 3, 4 and 5 axis machining
  • Must be able to make programme tweaks and edits at the machine
  • Offline programming experience would be beneficial, though not essential
  • Ability to read and work from complex engineering drawings
  • Experience within an aerospace or precision engineering environment; knowledge of Rolls-Royce drawings and previous work on Rolls-Royce parts would be a strong advantage
  • A methodical, quality-focused approach and good attention to detail
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience preferred

What's On Offer

  • £18 – £22 per hour, depending on experience
  • Day shift, Monday to Thursday (39 hours) — enjoy a three-day weekend, every week
  • Optional overtime available on Fridays
  • Opportunity to work on varied, high-precision aerospace-grade components
  • Supportive team environment with genuine scope for progression
