An established precision engineering business in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is looking for skilled CNC Millers to join its growing machining team. The company manufactures high-precision components to tight tolerances across demanding sectors — genuinely varied, skilled work.

The role:

• Setting and operating 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Working on Fanuc controls — Haas machine experience ideal
• Machining precision components from engineering drawings to tight tolerances, right first time
• First-off and in-process inspection
• Tooling, offsets and maintaining quality throughout the run

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven CNC milling experience — 4 and 5-axis, setting and operating
• Fanuc controls experience essential
• Haas experience highly desirable
• Ability to read engineering drawings and hold tight tolerances
• A background in precision or subcontract manufacturing
