You'll be joining an established engineering and manufacturing business in the Dungannon area. Due to continued demand, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Machinist to their production team. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a permanent dayshift CNC role offering a competitive hourly rate and long-term stability.

Your new role

As CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for producing quality machined components within a busy engineering environment.Your duties will include:

• Operating CNC machinery to produce components to specification
• Setting machines and making adjustments where required
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out dimensional and quality checks on completed components
• Using appropriate measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
• Monitoring tooling and machine performance
• Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Following all relevant health & safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

You'll ideally have previous experience working as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator or CNC Setter within an engineering or manufacturing environment.You'll have a good understanding of CNC machining processes and engineering drawings, with the ability to work accurately to specifications and tolerances.
