CNC Programmer

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Brighouse

Salary: Dependent on Candidate Skillset

CNC Programmer required for well-established manufacturing business based in Brighouse. The successful candidate will join a busy turning section operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, working on a day shift.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Edit and optimise programs at the machine
• Read and work from engineering drawings to tolerances

CNC Programmer Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Lathe Operator with Fanuc controls (essential)
• Ability to program and/or edit Fanuc programs (machine-side or offline)
• Confident setting tools, offsets and proving out jobs
• Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling and tolerances
• Able to read engineering drawings and inspect parts accurately

CNC Programmer Details

• Day shift hours
• Mon-Thurs: 07:30 - 16:30
• Fri: 07:30 - 13:30
• Rate flexible depending on experience (DOE)
