CNC Turner | Lymington | up to £23ph

Earn up to £23 per hour as a CNC Turner setting and operating precision 3 axis lathes.
You'll work to tight tolerances on large components, in a machine shop that runs on accuracy and process.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, every single time.

As a CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

• Working hours Monday to Thursday 6:45am to 3:30pm and Friday 7am to 1pm, with an early finish every week

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC lathes to precise specifications
• Following set-up sheets and job card instructions accurately
• Interpreting technical drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances
• Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times
• Working independently or as part of a team as required

As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high precision manufacturing environment, working with large components
• A minimum of 3 years' experience operating Mazak controls
• Experience working to engineering drawings and job cards
• A completed apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
• Programming knowledge on Mazak controls (desirable)
• Security clearance (desirable)
