£20.00-£21.00 per hour (including shift allowance) + Profit Share + Pension + Private Healthcare + 4 Nights Monday- Thrusday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company on a permanent night shift.

Working within a modern machining environment, you’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances.

CNC Turner Setter Operator – Night Shift - The Role

• Setting and operating CNC turning machinery.
• Making minor programme edits where required.
• Manufacturing precision components from engineering drawings.
• Producing small batch and one-off work.
• Carrying out in-process inspections using a range of measuring equipment.
• Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.

CNC Turner Setter Operator – Night Shift - About You

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter Operator.
• CNC turning experience is essential.
• CNC milling experience would be advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience machining to tight tolerances.
• Comfortable working independently on a permanent night shift.
