Location: North London & Essex

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing technical team, covering North London and Essex.

This is a hands-on field-based role for someone who knows their way around both bean-to-cup and traditional coffee machines and takes pride in keeping equipment running reliably for customers.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, repairs and installations across a range of customer sites. You’ll work independently while being supported by an experienced service and operations team.

What You'll Be Doing

Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial coffee equipment.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and technical faults efficiently.

Work on both bean-to-cup and traditional espresso coffee machines.

Attend customer sites across North London and Essex.

Complete planned maintenance and reactive service visits.

Install, commission and set up coffee machines where required.

Identify recurring faults and recommend appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports.

Provide professional and friendly customer service at every visit.

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Manage your daily schedule effectively and meet agreed service requirements.

Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard.

About You

We're looking for someone with practical engineering experience and a genuine interest in coffee equipment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience as a coffee machine engineer, field service engineer or similar technical role.

Experience working with bean-to-cup coffee machines.

Experience working with traditional espresso machines.

Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

A methodical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

A professional approach when representing the business at customer sites.

A full, valid UK driving licence.

Experience with commercial catering equipment, vending, refrigeration or other electromechanical equipment would also be advantageous.

What We Offer

£36,000 – £40,000 salary, depending on experience.

Monday to Friday working pattern.
