The Company
Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Management Graduate.
The Role
- You will act as the primary link between the business, clients and the manufacturing function.
- Always maintaining client satisfaction.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and solving operational challenges.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the client's products use with the account.
- Assisting in planning and scheduling of work for the company.
- Create customized account plans, monitoring budgets and tracking KPI’s to align with business objectives.
The Person
- Will ideally be degree qualified in a related field.
- Previous engineering or manufacturing beneficial though not essential.
- Will have good planning skills.
- You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
- Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
