Commercial Account Broker - Glasgow - Hybrid - Up to £40,000

This is a role for an experienced broker who wants to work somewhere that combines a strong commercial client base with a forward-thinking, supportive culture. You'll handle new business, service existing accounts and manage renewals - with the autonomy to build real relationships and make a genuine impact.

Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Glasgow
Working pattern: Hybrid

What you'll be doing

• Supporting commercial clients with new business opportunities, renewals and day-to-day servicing
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and underwriters
• Delivering tailored advice and exceptional service at every touchpoint
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements throughout
• Contributing to company targets and objectives as a key part of the team

• A background in a commercial broking or account handling role
• Strong understanding of core insurance principles
• Confident communicator - written, verbal and client-facing
• Commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask
• Someone who takes pride in the advice they give and the relationships they build
