Commercial Finance Sales Consultant
Location: Hybrid / Southampton, Hampshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 5:30pm
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities
This is a consultative, telephone-based business development role focused on introducing the company's services to commercial prospects. Your daily duties will include:
- B2B Outreach: Contacting businesses from an established database to introduce the company’s portfolio of corporate services.
- Fact-Finding: Conducting initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's current commercial setup and identify potential requirements.
- Relationship Building: Nurturing relationships with key corporate decision-makers and building a pipeline of engaged prospects.
- Data Accuracy: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all business communications within the company database.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the senior consultancy team to pass over qualified, interested business opportunities.
Key Skills Required
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to hold professional, natural conversations with business owners.
- Resilience & Drive: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the determination to achieve daily activity targets.
- Business Acumen: The ability to digest training material quickly and understand basic commercial and financial concepts.
- Team Work: A reliable and collaborative team player who can also manage their own daily diary independently.
- IT Skills: Good general computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases).
