We're working exclusively with an exciting, independent insurance broker in Basildon that has grown rapidly in a relatively short period of time and has no intention of slowing down. With just seven staff and two Directors, they've built a highly successful business with ambitious plans for future expansion, making this a fantastic opportunity to join at a key stage of their journey.

Unlike many larger brokers, here your achievements won't go unnoticed. Success is rewarded with both uncapped monthly commission and an annual bonus, while genuine career progression is available for those who consistently deliver.

As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you'll focus on developing new commercial business while building long-term relationships with your clients.

You'll inherit a small portfolio from day one, but this role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business and growing their own client base. You'll have the support of an experienced Account Handler from the outset, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: developing relationships and generating business.

The brokerage has particular strength across:

• Construction
• Liability
• Property
• Fleet

However, they're equally keen to speak with talented Commercial Account Executives from a broad range of commercial insurance backgrounds.

As your portfolio grows, the business is committed to investing in your success by providing you with your own dedicated Account Handler.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• At least 3 years' Commercial Insurance sales or Account Executive experience within a broker environment.
• Experience handling a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
• A proven ability to develop and win new business.
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience using Acturis would be advantageous, although it's not essential.

• Salary between £45,000 and £65,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped monthly commission.
• Annual bonus of 10% once you've achieved 1.5x your salary in income generated.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Primarily office-based to support collaboration and growth, with flexibility available where needed.
