Commercial Lead

We are working with a major player who are operating within Technical Engineering and Construction space, throughout the UK & Europe. This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre in the Nordics. 

You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you're across all the commercial activities.

Can you show commercial nouse and clear contract awareness, to lead and drive a successful commercial team? This will allow you a clear pathway into the Group Commercial Director.

• Travelling to meet business needs

Experience Needed:

• BSc Quantity Surveying
• Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visas)
• Clear background across Main Contracting 
• Open to travel is a must
• Experienced in FIDIC & JCT
