We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Commercial Manager to join our dynamic Eastern and Southern Rail team at London or Bedford. 37.5 hrs per week, hybrid working with an expectation to be on site/office 3 days a week.
In this role, you will join our expanding Commercial team, supporting a growing portfolio of projects and frameworks across London and the South. The role offers the chance to work from multiple locations across London and Bedford, collaborating with a diverse range of internal teams, clients and stakeholders to deliver high-profile infrastructure and transportation projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Cost Planning (Cost/Value Reporting)
- Subcontract/Design Management
- Change Control and Maintenance of Key Trackers
- Drafting EWNs, Change/Compensation Events
- Commercial Administrative Process’
- Subcontractor Procurement Process
- Overall reporting control for rail systems delivery

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong commercial management experience, ideally gained within the infrastructure, rail, transport or construction sectors.
- Experience working with NEC forms of contract (including NEC3 and NEC4) would be highly advantageous.
- Sound understanding of contract administration, change management, risk management, and commercial reporting.
- Previous experience working for, or with, Transport for London (TfL) is desirable and would provide valuable insight into client expectations, governance requirements and delivery environments.
- Experience supporting major public sector clients and complex multi-disciplinary projects will be particularly well suited to the role.
