We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Kirkkonummi, Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors, delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically advanced mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate project schedules with Project Managers, Planners, Design Teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage QA/QC activities to ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower levels, productivity, and programme delivery.
• Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and monitor progress.
• Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including HSEQ documentation, is maintained and up to date.
• Liaise with design teams to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements.
• Review technical drawings, setting-out information, and construction documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues.
• Prepare project reports and attend project, engineering, planning, commercial, and handover meetings.
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage variations, change control, and project costs.
• Coordinate, manage, and close out all CSA snagging activities.
• Ensure builders' work drawings are coordinated with MEP services where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience within the CSA construction sector.
• Proven experience managing CSA work packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and programme management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of QA/QC procedures and Health & Safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
