Another beauty of a Data Centre role from Team Build Space!  Our client, a specialist Main Contractor delivering high-profile Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe, is looking to appoint a No.1 Commercial Lead to take full commercial ownership of CSA build projects from preconstruction through to final account.

Commercial Manager roles & responsibilities:
  • Acting as No.1 Commercial Lead, holding full commercial responsibility for one CSA build project at a time
  • Managing the commercial process end-to-end — from preconstruction and procurement through to final account and handover
  • A hybrid working pattern: typically 3 days working from home, 2 days on site
  • Working within a well-resourced project team on a major, live construction schemes
Commercial Manager experience required:
  • A strong commercial background gained within CSA build packages, previous Data Centre or wider mission-critical/hyperscale sector is essential
  • A proven track record as No.1 Commercial Lead (or a strong No.2 ready to step up) on large-scale, high-value construction projects
  • Main contractor background
  • Comfortable managing the full commercial lifecycle independently, with strong client and stakeholder management skills
Commercial Manager remuneration:
  • £110,000 – £125,000 + full package
  • Hybrid working — flexibility to balance home and site
