This is a central, multi-project role — rather than being embedded on a single site, you'll provide MEP design and technical leadership across several live projects at once, with a hybrid working pattern of around 3 days working from home and 2 days on site.

Building Services Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Providing MEP technical input and design leadership across multiple live Data Centre projects, from preconstruction through to delivery
- Acting as the technical authority on mechanical and electrical matters, supporting project teams with coordination, risk management and design assurance
- A hybrid working pattern: typically 3 days working from home, 2 days on site (across whichever project needs you most that week)
- Working closely with Design Managers, Commercial Leads and delivery teams across the portfolio
- Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- A strong Mechanical & Electrical technical background covering both preconstruction and delivery stages
- Main contractor background
- Comfortable operating across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising and managing competing technical demands
- £110,000 – £125,000 + full package
