Commercial Manager

Conrad Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a major project within the infrastructure, energy, utilities and power sector.

This is an opportunity to join a project during construction delivery and take responsibility for a broad range of commercial and contractual activities.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Contract administration.
• Commercial management throughout construction.
• Change and variation management.
• Claims and compensation events.
• Commercial reporting.
• Cost control and forecasting.
• Commercial risk management.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting the successful commercial delivery of the project.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 5–10 years' experience working on major infrastructure, energy, utilities, power, renewables or BESS projects.
• Strong construction delivery experience.
• Excellent NEC and/or FIDIC knowledge.
• Experience managing change, claims, variations and compensation events.
• Strong commercial reporting and cost management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience within a client, consultancy or contractor environment.
