Commercial Plumber

London / Mobile | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced plumber looking to carry out high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial properties?

We are working with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business, delivering planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients across Central London for over 20 years.

• Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across all property types
• Diagnose and fix faults on domestic and commercial systems and appliances
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning
• Liaise with customers and subcontractors
• Carry out ongoing risk assessments
• Accurately record labour and materials for each job
• Take part in the call-out rota
• Act as a role model, supporting and coaching apprentices

• Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent gas and plumbing qualification
• Good understanding of commercial heating systems
• ACS gas qualification elements: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
• Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards)
• Current CSCS card
• Full, clean driving licence

• Salary dependent on experience (£50,000-£65,000)
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
