The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and highly engaged Property Team.

You'll handle a varied, high-quality caseload and have genuine ownership of your matters, with support from experienced colleagues when needed. The work covers acquisitions and disposals, development, leases, landlord and tenant, reorganisations and banking & security.

The team acts for a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses and charities through to high-net-worth individuals and larger national organisations, meaning there is plenty of variety and scope to develop.

The Role

• Manage your own commercial property caseload from inception through to completion
• Advise clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the team
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice

About You

• Ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities
• Ambitious and keen to make your mark within a growing team
